In November 2023, InnovationQuarter organized the Dutch Pavilion at Enlit Europe, providing a platform for 17 energy and cybersecurity companies to present their innovations.
Enlit Europe is one of the major trade fairs for the energy sector in Europe, covering topics such as smart energy, energy efficiency, smart grids, cybersecurity, the optimization of aging assets and networks, the promotion of renewables and advancements in power transmission. The Dutch delegation that InnovationQuarter presented perfectly matched this description.
Resilience of sustainable energy systems
One of the fundamental focus areas for InnovationQuarter is to contribute to the energy transition by prioritizing the establishment of a sustainable, secure and smart future. Aligned with this vision, the emphasis of this mission is on future-proof solutions offered by innovative companies in Zuid-Holland and other regions.
During this trade mission, the Dutch delegation, comprising both energy and cybersecurity companies, had the opportunity to connect with major and smaller stakeholders in the industry. They also engaged in networking with competitors, acquired insights, attended presentations by industry leaders and assessed the market fit of their ideas.
Backing from InnovationQuarter
At the trade fair, InnovationQuarter facilitated trade mission participants in connecting with potential partners and customers from all over the world. The eye-catching Netherlands-style orange pavilion provided a space to invite and schedule meetings. Additionally, InnovationQuarter went the extra mile by organizing side events, offering opportunities to engage with local players as well. In the feedback received after the event, the companies who particiated in this mission, expressed their intention to follow-up with an average of 9.4 high-quality leads, with 80% of participants anticipating contract signings as a result of their participation.
