The Market Readiness Program, offered by Gritd and personally guided by InnovationQuarter, aims to assist you in pinpointing a distinct customer segment and effectively positioning your product or service. Within ten weeks, you will engage in a sequence of workshops, acquiring the skills to test and validate your assumptions about your customers.
From insight to commitment
In the first weeks of the program, you focus on validating the customer problem. Then, you work on refining your product, fine-tuning the business model and securing commitment from your first customers. The program also includes pitching training, enabling you to confidently present your idea to potential investors.
Engage in the Market Readiness Program to:
- Enhance the probability of transforming your idea into a sustainable revenue model.
- Develop a sharp focus on prioritizing your attention, time and financial resources.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge and insights about your customers and the essential revenue model.
- Formulate a concrete action plan for the upcoming phase of your business.
Requirements of the Market Readiness Program
Participation in the Market Readiness Program comes at no cost but demands a commitment of time and effort (a minimum of 20 hours per week). While it is an intensive program, past participants have discovered significant value in it. You will join a cohort of approximately 10 participants, and the communication language is English.
For whom is the Market Readiness Program:
- Startups or innovative SMEs based in the South Holland region.
- Innovations with both economic and social impact contributing to solidifying the regional ecosystem.
- Clear understanding of the first market and customer segment and access to contacts for approximately 50 customer interviews.
- Already in discussions with potential customers and ready to enter the market or already have some (pilot) customers.
- Founder/(co)founder or CEO of the company with sufficient time, enthusiasm, and openness to feedback.
