Complaints procedure
InnovationQuarter devotes much energy and pleasure every day on strengthening the economic structure of Zuid-Holland and stimulating innovation. We hope that you are satisfied with our service provision. Is this not the case? Please let us know.
Discuss your experience first with your contact person. Can you not find a solution? Then submit a complaint. We have set up this complaints procedure so that we can handle your complaint properly.
How do you submit a complaint?
You can submit your complaint in the following ways:
- By email: put ‘Complaint’ in the subject line and send your complaint to info@innovationquarter.nl
- By post: InnovationQuarter, WTC The Hague, Pr. Margrietplantsoen 41, 2595 AM The Hague.
Describe your complaint clearly and let us know what solution you expect from us.
What happens after that?
- You will receive a written confirmation of receipt of your complaint within five working days.
- We will inform you of our findings and, if relevant, the next steps to be taken.
- We will register your complaint in our complaints file.
