InnovationQuarter works for a smarter, more sustainable and healthier Zuid-Holland province. We do this by helping innovative entrepreneurs grow — from their initial idea to international goals. We support start-ups and scale-ups, invest in innovations, and support international companies to and from the region.

What can you expect?

Our culture

We are an organization with short lines. Our colleagues know each other, help each other and work together.

But culture is not only in how we work, but in what we do together. We regularly eat lunch together, there are drinks, and colleagues share their work at the weekly IQ lunches.

We also arrange activities all year round. There is the YungIQ for colleagues aged up to 35 years that has regular activities like padel, trips and other events. And other colleagues eagerly join in too. We work hard, but we consider connection and enjoyment just as important.
