The exclusive Global Market Entry Program is open to 20 SMEs and scale-ups from the 21 municipalities of the Rotterdam The Hague Metropolitan Region. The program consists of three modules over nine months and provides expert insights into your target market.

During this 9-month journey, you will work strategically towards international market entry and gain access to a vast local and international network. The InnovationQuarter, The Hague & Partners, and other partners will provide personalized guidance every step of the way.
Module 1: Awareness
May – June 2025
- Analyze your current business state and readiness for internationalization.
- Identify your strengths, opportunities, and market risks.
- Define your competitive advantage and product-market fit.
Module 2: Ambition
July – September 2025
- Assess key market entry factors and analyze market potential.
- Set measurable expansion goals and explore cultural/legal challenges.
- Develop holistic strategies for sustainable market entry.
Module 3: Action
October 2025 – January 2026
- Turn your strategy into concrete, actionable steps.
- Receive hands-on support from market specialists.
- Prepare for a successful launch in your target market.
📅 Program Timeline:
- March – April 2025: Registration & Selection Process (including interviews if necessary).
- May 2025: Kick-off event and introduction to the program, participants, and coaches.
- May – December 2025: Work through the three program modules, attending workshops, coaching sessions, and completing tailored assignments.
- January 2026: Wrap-up, final presentations, and next steps for market entry.
