Turing Europe launches EU operations in The Hague to boost cyber resilience

Turing Europe, the new EU hub of cybersecurity company Turing Space, has landed at the HSD Campus in The Hague to help strengthen digital trust and identity across Europe. The company delivers advanced digital identity and credentialing solutions designed to support secure, interoperable, and privacy-centric data flows across European borders.

The strategic landing comes as Europe sharpens its focus on digital trust, coinciding with the 2025 NATO Summit also taking place in The Hague. It underscores Europe’s broader agenda to enhance cyber readiness, data sovereignty, and critical infrastructure protection.

Building digital trust across Europe

Turing Europe’s platform empowers governments, educational institutions, and regulated sectors to issue and verify credentials — such as IDs, qualifications, and compliance documents — in real time. Built on self-sovereign identity (SSI) principles, Turing’s platform combines security, interoperability and privacy-by-design, helping organisations build trust while staying compliant.

““As geopolitical tensions rise and cyber threats grow more complex, European nations are under increasing pressure to establish interoperable and sovereign digital ecosystems,” said
Jeff Hu, Founder and CEO of Turing Europe. “We are committed to bridging these gaps by partnering with key stakeholders, alliances, and authorities, enabling seamless cross-border
cooperation and building a foundation of mutual trust to support the continent’s security, economic resilience, and democratic values.”

A collaborative soft landing in The Hague

Turing Europe’s expansion into the Netherlands was supported by the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA) and the Invest in Holland network. InnovationQuarter, the Municipality of The Hague, and Security Delta (HSD) played key roles in guiding the company’s market exploration and incorporation.

“We’re proud to welcome Turing Europe to Zuid-Holland’s growing cybersecurity ecosystem. Their mission aligns strongly with regional ambitions around cybersecurity and digital sovereignty. We look forward to supporting their partnerships and long-term growth in the Dutch market.”

The Netherlands’ position as a digital innovation hub, combined with its progressive governance and data protection landscape, made The Hague a natural choice for the company’s European base.

Scaling impact across public infrastructure

Turing has successfully deployed solutions in more than a dozen countries, supporting clients such as UC Berkeley and the World Health Organization. From education and healthcare to finance and local authorities, their platform enables fast, secure, and verifiable access to critical data—strengthening institutions and empowering citizens alike.

With its new EU base in The Hague, Turing Europe is well-positioned to help shape a trusted digital future, where identity and verification systems work securely and seamlessly across borders.
