"As an expat in the Netherlands, I enjoy welcoming the companies and their expats to the Netherlands and helping them to overcome some of the same challenges that I personally faced when I came to the Netherlands."

@InnovationQuarter

I started with InnovationQuarter as Senior Account Manager in 2015, having previously worked ten years with our partner organization, the WestHolland Foreign Investment Agency (WFIA) in advising and assisting international companies to establish their offices in the Netherlands as a springboard to the European market.

As an expat in the Netherlands, I enjoy welcoming the companies and their expats to the Netherlands and helping them to overcome some of the same challenges that I personally faced when I came to the Netherlands.

I enjoy working together with my colleagues, meeting with new companies and building the international Life Science network both locally and internationally.

@Work

I earned my Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business Management from the University of Dallas in Dallas, Texas and my Master of Arts from the University of Tennessee, thanks to national academic scholarship awards. Along with my Master of Arts studies, I taught French at the University for two years.  During my four year Bachelor of Arts studies I was fortunate enough to be able to spend my junior year abroad studying at the Sorbonne University in Paris, during which time I was also able to make extensive trips throughout Europe and gain an insight into the diverse and rich European cultures.

Before working as Senior Account Manager Life Sciences & Health for InnovationQuarter, I previously held positions as Senior International Investment Advisor at the WestHolland Foreign Investment Agency (WFIA) in The Hague focused on various industry sectors:  Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Oil & Gas and IT and as European Trade Representative for the State of Georgia based in Brussels where I assisted US companies to expand their business activities to Europe.

Before coming to Europe, I worked fifteen years as International Product Marketing Manager for private and publicly held IT companies: Lotus Development Corporation, IBM and MicroHelp focusing on internationalization of software products from R&D to market ready products for the European distribution channels.
