Dutch cybersecurity cluster gains visibility in the US through successful trade mission in 2022

Did you know that the Netherlands' strategic location as a digital gateway to Europe can benefit the United States? Ensuring online safety through the reduction of cybercrimes, securing digital infrastructure, and protecting online privacy are critical to creating a secure online environment.

In 2022, the largest Dutch delegation in the history of the RSA Conference & Exhibition participated in a successful trade mission under the guidance of InnovationQuarter and in close cooperation with Security Delta (HSD), the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Consulate General of the Netherlands in San Francisco. The RSA Conference took place from June 5-10, 2022, and the Dutch delegation had a successful week of networking and events.

This was the fourth time that the Dutch delegation attended the RSA Conference & Exhibition, the world’s largest cybersecurity conference. Like in 2020, the Netherlands hosted a pavilion where eight Dutch cybersecurity companies and organizations presented their latest innovations and demonstrated how they are preparing for future cybersecurity challenges. In 2022, the eight companies that participated in the Dutch delegation at the RSA Conference & Exhibition were BreachlockAwarewaysON2ITBriddgeEclecticIQ, Signpost SixGroup-IB and SecuredNow. The next trade mission to the RSA Conference #RSAC2023 will take place from April 23-28, 2023.
